Bok Tower Gardens
Bok Tower Gardens “Singing Tower” is 205 feet high and is located just north of downtown Lake Wales Florida. The Tower is on a 50 acre garden, a botanical garden and sanctuary and is built upon one of the highest points in florida.
This National Historic Landmark was dedicated in 1929 as a gift from a Dutch immigrant named Edward Bok. Mr. Bok was a Pulitzer Prize winning author.
The tower is not open to walk through however you can enjoy daily concerts from it’s carillon bells. Bok tower gardens is open to visitors and has 250 acres of gardens and nature to enjoy. Locate just north of downtown Lake Wales.
Motorcycle riders from all over gathering around the circle in Sebring.
An annual event brings hundreds of riders and motorcycle enthusiast to Downtown Sebring in October of each year.
The Legend of SPOOK HILL…
Just outside Downtown Lake Wales placed upon a gravity hill Spook Hill gives an optical illusion that cars appear to be rolling up the hill.
The hill consists of sand and limestone which two to three million years ago when the sea level was much higher were islands.

The 12 Hours of Sebring “Sebring Races” is held in March of each year at the Sebring Regional Airport (sebringairport.com). The airport is located east of the city.
The annual race draws race fans from all over the world to one of the oldest continuously-operating race tracks in the United States. This is a premier endurance racing event.
